1. Oral progesterone

2. Progesterone injection

Injecting about 20 ml of progesterone every day can achieve the purpose of delaying menstruation, but since injection progesterone cannot be purchased at ordinary pharmacies and requires regular medical personnel to operate, this method is more complicated and is not recommended.

3. Oral contraceptives

Short-term oral contraceptives can also help delay menstruation, but this method should be taken on the fifth day after the last menstruation until menstruation can resume. This method is simple and convenient, easy to operate, but it takes a long time to take. Menstruation can resume 3-7 days after stopping the medication. Short-term contraceptives can be purchased at general pharmacies.
