1. 3. Retroverted uterus: Retroverted uterus means that the uterus as a whole tilts backwards, and the angle between the uterine body and the cervix becomes smaller, which can cause dysmenorrhea, low back pain, and other symptoms. Multiple delivery injuries and poor postpartum uterine involution are the causes of retroverted uterus. Patients can be treated through pelvic floor muscle training, pelvic floor muscle physical therapy, and removal of residual uterine tissue.

In addition to the common causes mentioned above, it may also be caused by lumbar muscle injury and other reasons, which require timely treatment after the cause is identified.
