What is cervical erosion?

The specific manifestation of cervical erosion is a fine granular red area outside the cervix and vagina, and the boundary between the eroded surface and the normal cervical epithelium is clear. The incidence of diseases in women during the reproductive period is relatively high, and the typical symptoms are tofu-like leucorrhea, contact bleeding during sexual intercourse, and the appearance of odor.

Cervical erosion is also the most common female reproductive organ disease. Many women often experience cervical erosion after sexual intercourse or taking contraceptive pills before and after pregnancy. Many female friends will suffer varying degrees of damage to the cervix after improper abortion or induced labor, leading to bacterial invasion. Over time, it will cause cervicitis and cervical erosion in women. This disease requires extensive attention from female friends.

So how to regulate cervical erosion?

1. Eat foods rich in vitamins, such as lean meat, chicken, fish, cabbage, asparagus, celery, spinach, cucumber, fruit, etc.

2. Do not eat spicy food for cervical erosion. Spicy, warm, and stimulating food will aggravate pelvic congestion and inflammation, leading to excessive contraction of uterine muscles, thereby aggravating symptoms. Patients should try to eat less chili, pepper, onion, ginger, garlic, etc.

3. Pay attention to health care during menstruation. Women should pay attention to their own hygiene during pregnancy, postpartum, menstruation, and after miscarriage, and avoid excessive and unclean sexual life.
