Pelvic effusion Delayed menstruation

If it is confirmed that the delayed menstruation is caused by pelvic effusion, you should go to the hospital immediately for active treatment. After the pelvic effusion is cured, the menstruation will generally be normal. You must pay attention to personal hygiene, change your underwear frequently, wash your underwear with warm water, and do not mix it with other clothes to avoid cross infection.

Causes of pelvic effusion:

1. Postoperative infection in gynecological surgery: When female friends undergo some artificial surgery, IUD surgery, hysterosalpingography and other surgeries, if the disinfection during the operation is not very strict, it is easy to cause female infection after the operation. Moreover, if women do not pay attention to personal hygiene after the operation, do not follow the doctor's instructions for rehabilitation treatment, and have sex too early after treatment, it will cause bacteria to continue to have sex, leading to female pelvic infection and causing female pelvic inflammation.

2. Spread of inflammation to adjacent organs: Some female friends may suffer from appendicitis or peritonitis near the female reproductive organs. If the inflammation is not treated in time, it can easily spread and eventually lead to female pelvic inflammation.

3. Not paying attention to hygiene during menstruation: When women have their period, the endometrium will fall off, opening the blood sinuses in the uterine cavity and creating coagulated blood clots, which is very suitable for bacterial growth.
