What is the difference between uterine cysts and ovarian cysts? What are the symptoms of the latter?

1. Uterine cysts and ovarian cysts are two completely different concepts. Uterine cysts are mostly found at the bottom or back wall of the uterus. This type of clinical disease is extremely rare and can be either congenital or acquired. Ovarian cysts occur in female ovaries. Because the ovarian follicles cause the eggs to be unable to be eliminated and accumulate, they become ovarian cysts. For the latter, if you want to know whether it is physiological or pathological, you need to compare it before and after multiple ovulation periods to determine which type of cyst it is. Treatment also depends on the specific situation.

2. Clinically, ovarian cysts often present with lower abdominal pain, discomfort, increased vaginal discharge, yellow vaginal discharge, abnormal vaginal odor, menstrual irregularities, and usually a firm and painless swelling in the lower abdomen. Sometimes sexual intercourse may cause pain.

3. Patients with ovarian cysts need to pay attention to suitable foods in their diet: milk, spinach, yam, cabbage, rapeseed, shiitake mushrooms, lean meat, eggs, crucian carp, apples, pears, jujubes, peanuts, black rice, etc. Taboo foods: crab, hairtail, herring, goose meat, dog meat, peppers, raw onions, raw garlic, longans, oranges, and white wine, etc.
