How is adenomyosis caused? What is the cause? 1. Dysmenorrhea: It is one of the symptoms of adenomyosis. Dysmenorrhea is the main symptom of adenomyosis, seen in about 80% of patients. Most patients have secondary dysmenorrhea, which is progressively aggravated. 2. Menstrual disorders: The main symptoms of adenomyosis are increased menstrual volume and prolonged menstrual period. 3. Pain during sexual intercourse: It is also one of the symptoms of adenomyosis. The ectopic endometrium in the pelvis often forms nodular lesions in the uterine rectal fossa, causing pain when the cervix collides with the uterus. 4. Periodic signs: The patient's uterus is enlarged, spherical, and hard in texture. The uterus is generally no more than 12 weeks of pregnancy. During the most recent menstrual examination, there will be obvious pain in the uterus. If the lesion is limited, the uterus is irregularly enlarged and the nodules are uneven. It is often combined with uterine fibroids. During menstruation, due to congestion, edema and bleeding of the lesions, the uterus may enlarge, become soft, and be more tender than usual; after menstruation, women may find that their uterus has shrunk. |
