What should I do if I have cervicitis infertility? These methods can treat cervicitis infertility

Infertility is a very cruel thing, and it is a great blow to women. Everyone hopes to have a healthy body and a happy family, but diseases always appear when we are not paying attention. Diseases are inevitable. For the sake of our health, we must develop good living habits. Cervical infertility is a very common phenomenon, so what should we do about infertility caused by cervical inflammation?

Cervical erosion is the most common cervical inflammation. The texture and secretion of cervical mucus are directly related to whether sperm can pass through the cervix into the uterine cavity. Under normal circumstances, during the ovulation period, under the action of estrogen, the cervical mucus has a higher water content and a thin texture, which is conducive to the passage of sperm. When cervical erosion occurs, especially moderate and severe cervical erosion, cervical secretions will increase significantly, become thick, and contain a large number of white blood cells, which will have an adverse effect on sperm motility and hinder sperm from entering the uterine cavity, thereby affecting conception. Generally speaking, mild cervical erosion will not lead to infertility; but if you suffer from moderate or severe cervical erosion and infertility, the patient should actively treat it.

Physical therapy is a widely used treatment method with the advantages of short treatment course and low cost. It is suitable for patients with large erosion area and deep inflammatory infiltration. Commonly used methods include electric ironing, red light therapy, microwave therapy, freezing, laser, radiofrequency and other therapies.

Minimally invasive LEEp treatment--------cervical erosion is divided into three degrees (first degree, second degree, third degree). For first degree erosion, clinicians generally recommend drug treatment. However, from the clinical use of drugs in our hospital's obstetrics and gynecology department, we found that drug treatment generally only relieves symptoms. Some patients will aggravate the disease over time because they do not have timely follow-up examinations. Therefore, it is recommended that patients with first, second or third degree erosion can use LEEp knife surgery for treatment, because the elasticity of the cervix is restored after LEEp knife treatment, and the cervical scar formed by treatment is shallow, which will not hinder the expansion of the cervix, so it will not affect the smooth delivery of the fetus. It has the advantages of one-time cure and no impact on re-pregnancy, short operation time (10 minutes), fast recovery, good effect, and not easy to relapse, which is widely accepted by women.

What should I pay attention to during the treatment of infertility caused by cervicitis?

Whether it is medication, physical therapy or surgery to treat cervical erosion, the vulva should be kept clean after treatment, and sexual intercourse, tub bathing, swimming and vaginal douching should be prohibited before the wound is completely healed. If there is a small amount of bleeding, it is normal. If the bleeding increases, exceeds the menstrual volume or the bleeding time is too long, you should go to the hospital in time to find out the cause and stop the bleeding as soon as possible. Take contraceptive measures in time and effectively after cervical erosion surgery to reduce the incidence of artificial abortion and induced labor, so as to reduce the chance of artificial trauma and bacterial infection. Wait until you are cured before considering pregnancy. Do not have sexual intercourse for one month and do not take tub baths. During the postoperative care period, pay attention to keeping the patient's vulva clean, change underwear and sanitary napkins frequently, and patients with cervical erosion should get proper rest during postoperative care, and should not do heavy physical work. Eat less spicy food.
