What is abortion? Let's find out.

There are usually two ways to have an abortion. One is medical abortion, and the other is artificial abortion. Artificial abortion includes amniocentesis, vacuum aspiration, and curettage. After an abortion, women must pay attention to their living and eating habits, including using drugs to remove blood clots and prohibiting sexual intercourse.

In real life, some women fail to take good care of themselves during sex, which leads to unwanted pregnancies, causing great harm to their health and is not conducive to improving their quality of life. They need to be treated early. So, what is abortion? Let's learn about it below!
The so-called abortion refers to artificial abortion, that is, the use of artificial methods to terminate pregnancy. If the pregnancy is less than 28 weeks and the fetus weighs less than 0.5kg, it can be aborted through medication, vacuum aspiration, forceps curettage, and amniocentesis.
Medical abortion actually refers to the use of two drugs, mifepristone and misoprostol, to promote abortion. However, although it can avoid operating in the uterine cavity and the pain is relatively small, it is very dangerous and can easily induce heavy bleeding. Therefore, for safety reasons, it is recommended to choose artificial abortion.
However, no matter which method is adopted, women must undergo a B-ultrasound examination before having an abortion to confirm that the gestational sac is in the uterus. An abortion can only be performed in the uterus.
Women should pay attention to the following points after abortion
1. It is recommended to carry out some uterine contraction and anti-inflammatory treatment to help women discharge the blood. Commonly used drugs, including motherwort paste, Wujia Biochemical Capsules, and Xinsheng Biochemical Granules, can help the blood to be discharged from the female uterus more smoothly. If a woman suffers from vaginitis and pelvic inflammatory disease before surgery, it is recommended to add antibiotics, including doxycycline and ornidazole, or levofloxacin.
2. Within one month after the operation, you must pay attention to not having sex, not doing heavy physical labor, not taking a bath, and not eating raw, cold, spicy, or irritating food.
3. It is recommended to take some oral medications that can help the endometrium recover as soon as possible. For example, you can choose Yasmin to help uterine contractions, which also has contraceptive effects and can restore the endometrium.
