7. Steamed Chicken with Chinese Wolfberry and Chinese Yam <br/>120g Chinese Yam, 10g Chinese Wolfberry, 60g Kidney Beans, 1 Hen, and appropriate seasoning. Soak the kidney beans in clean water for 1 hour; wash and peel the Chinese Yam, cut into pieces for later use; process the Hen, wash and cut into pieces.
