4. Laparoscopy: Patients with premature ovarian failure have small ovaries, atrophy, and unclear follicles. There are no primordial follicles under the microscope. Ovarian interstitial fibrosis. Anti-ovarian antibodies are present in the ovaries. Anti-follicular membrane cells, anti-granulosa cells, and anti-FSH antibodies.
