In fact, different medicinal diets should be selected according to different physical conditions. Several common dietary treatments for irregular menstruation are as follows:

1. Black fungus and red dates tea: 30 grams of black fungus and 20 red dates, cook the black fungus and red dates together into a soup and drink it once a day for consecutive days. It has the functions of tonifying the middle and replenishing Qi, nourishing blood and stopping bleeding. It is mainly used to treat excessive menstrual bleeding due to Qi deficiency.

2. Strong tea and brown sugar drink: appropriate amount of tea leaves and brown sugar, boil a bowl of strong tea, remove the residue, add brown sugar and drink it after it dissolves, once a day. It has the function of clearing away heat, regulating menstruation, and is mainly used to treat premature and heavy menstruation.

3. Hawthorn and brown sugar drink: 50 grams of raw hawthorn meat, 40 grams of brown sugar, boil the hawthorn in water and remove the residue, add brown sugar, drink hot, non-pregnant women can take it several times, and menstrual blood can also flow naturally. It can promote blood circulation and regulate menstruation, and is mainly used to treat women with menstrual disorders.

4. Fennel wine: 15 grams each of fennel and green peel, 250 grams of rice wine. Wash the fennel and green peel, soak them in the wine for 3 days and then you can drink it, 15-30 grams each time, twice a day. If you can't tolerate alcohol, you can use vinegar instead. It can soothe the liver and regulate qi, and is mainly used to treat irregular menstruation, normal menstrual color, menstrual bleeding without clots, and distension and pain in the breast and lower abdomen.

5. Hawthorn and safflower wine: 30 grams of hawthorn, 15 grams of safflower, and 250 grams of liquor. Soak the above medicines in the liquor for 1 week, 45-30 grams each time, twice a day, depending on your alcohol tolerance, and don't get drunk. It can promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis. It is mainly used to treat scanty menstruation, purple and black clots, abdominal pain, and pain relief after the blood clots are discharged. Be careful not to eat raw or cold food and don't be exposed to cold. Diseases easily induced by scanty or excessive menstruation.
