5. Hawthorn, cinnamon and brown sugar soup

15g hawthorn pulp, 5g cinnamon twig, 30-50g brown sugar. Put hawthorn pulp and cinnamon twig into a clay pot, add 2 bowls of water, simmer over low heat until 1 bowl of water is left, add brown sugar, mix well, and boil.
