Also avoid eating cold foods such as crabs, snails, and river clams.

Because miscarriage causes certain damage to the body, a certain amount of blood is lost, and the psychological pressure and physical pain during the miscarriage process make the body weaker after miscarriage, and some people may even have anemia.
