After this disease occurs, it is very harmful to female friends. Therefore, we should take measures to deal with pelvic peritonitis. At the same time, some women in society are troubled by pelvic peritonitis. So how should patients with pelvic peritonitis eat?

1. Eat light and easily digestible foods, such as mung beans, winter melon, purslane, etc., and foods that have the effect of promoting blood circulation, regulating qi and dispersing knots, such as hawthorn, peach kernel, kumquat, etc. Supplement protein appropriately, such as lean pork, duck, goose and quail.

2. Supplement nutrition and eat more high-calorie, high-protein, easily digestible foods, such as soybeans, tofu, animal liver, fish, oats, etc.

3. Patients with acute pelvic peritonitis should drink more water and be given a semi-liquid diet, such as rice soup, lotus root powder, grape juice, etc.

4. Avoid eating raw and cold foods such as cold drinks, fruits, etc. Avoid eating spicy, warm, and irritating foods such as peppers, mutton, dog meat, roosters, etc.

5. Avoid eating fatty, cold and sticky foods, such as fatty meat, crabs, snails, pickled and cured products, etc. Smoking and drinking are prohibited.

6. For some patients with pelvic peritonitis who are more prone to low back pain, it is recommended that they should pay attention to eating more meat, poultry and eggs.

7. If the patient often has yellow, heavy and thick leucorrhea, he must be careful to avoid eating fried, greasy, spicy and seafood foods.

8. If the patient suffers from lower abdominal cold pain, fear of cold, and back pain, it is recommended to give him appropriate warm foods such as ginger soup, brown sugar water, and cinnamon pulp to help regulate his condition.

9. Patients with pelvic peritonitis should strengthen their nutrition and eat light and easily digestible food during fever. Patients with high fever and loss of body fluids can be given pear juice, apple juice, watermelon juice, etc. to drink, but they should not be drunk after being chilled.
