When it comes to cervical warts, everyone may still be a little unfamiliar with it. Cervical warts can also be called genital warts or venereal warts. Although everyone is unfamiliar with this, they can guess that cervical warts are a sexually transmitted disease that often occurs in the genitals. The early symptoms of cervical warts are not very obvious, but in the later stages they will cause great pain to the patient, such as pain, itching, etc., so early treatment is the key. Many people choose to use traditional Chinese medicine to treat cervical warts. Traditional Chinese medicine can relieve symptoms to a certain extent, but it has a slow effect, unstable medicinal properties, low purity, and a long treatment time. It can only relieve or improve the symptoms, but cannot fundamentally eliminate the cervical wart virus. Therefore, clinical experts do not recommend the use of traditional Chinese medicine for treatment. Drugs can only remove external warts and relieve symptoms. Choosing a method that can eliminate the virus is the fundamental way to treat the disease. The early symptoms of cervical condyloma are not obvious. As the disease progresses, small red or pink papules may appear in the genital area, which gradually increase in size and increase in number. The surface is uneven, moist and soft, with nipple-like, mushroom-like or cauliflower-like protrusions, red or dirty gray, and often with pedicles at the root. It is easy to erode and exude, and it is easy to bleed. There is often purulent secretion stagnation between the cracks of the skin lesions, which causes a foul odor, and secondary infection caused by scratching often grows rapidly due to continuous local moisture and chronic stimulation. The incubation period of the disease is 1-6 months, usually 3 months. Male patients are prone to coronal sulcus, foreskin, glans, frenulum, urethral orifice, penis body, perianal and scrotum. The initial symptoms of cervical condyloma are red papules, which gradually increase in size and merge into nipple-like, cauliflower-like or cockscomb-like growths of different shapes and sizes. There may be symptoms such as itching, bleeding after traumatic friction, pain, and vaginal discharge. Patients who have already contracted cervical warts should be especially careful not to have sex. Patients with active cervical warts are absolutely prohibited from having sex with anyone. Condoms can be used during the symptom-free period of cervical warts, but they cannot completely prevent the spread of the virus. To prevent infection of the fetus and newborn, female patients should be actively treated during pregnancy. Patients with primary infection before 28 weeks of pregnancy should terminate the pregnancy. |
