What are the commonly used drugs for cervical warts?

(1) External fumigation: Take 60g of purslane, 30g of alum, and 100g of potassium nitrate. Decoction them in water for fumigation, 1-2 times a day, 20 minutes each time. After fumigation, mix Qingdai powder and Liuyi powder and sprinkle on the warts, keeping them dry and clean.

(2) External application of Brucea brucea oil Brucea brucea is a commonly used Chinese herbal medicine. It can be obtained by crushing it. It has the function of clearing away heat and detoxifying, and burning warts. If the wart is small, apply it to the affected area. Alternatively, use one part of Brucea brucea kernel and three parts of peanut oil, soak for half a month, and then apply it to the affected area.

(3) Crystal ointment is a traditional Chinese medicine for external use. It is a plaster made of quicklime and glutinous rice, which has the effect of burning warts. Apply the crystal ointment directly to the affected area once a day for 3 to 5 days.

(4) Horsetail Herb Paste: 200g of horsetail herb is decocted in water and the filtrate is heated and concentrated into a paste. A gauze strip is soaked in the liquid for 2 days and then applied to the affected area, 3 times a day. Modern research has shown that horsetail herb has a good antiviral effect and has been widely used in the treatment of flat warts, common warts and cervical condyloma.

(5) Sitz bath recipe: 30g each of alum, Dictamni, Scutellaria, and Radix Isatidis, 15g each of Cnidium monnieri, Sichuan pepper, Kochia scoparia, and Hibiscus. Wrap the above ingredients in gauze, add water and boil until 2000mL, filter the residue, cool to 40℃, and sitz bath. This recipe is suitable for women with cervical condyloma or men with extensive cervical condyloma.
