Will cervical precancerous lesions recur after surgery?

Will cervical precancerous lesions recur after surgery? If cervical erosion is not treated for a long time, it may deteriorate into cervical cancer. Many people have died from cervical cancer. Therefore, sexual friends should learn more about cervical cancer, prevent it as early as possible, and do their best to reduce the incidence of cervical cancer. Cervical precancerous lesions may recur after surgery. The following are the reasons.

1. Virus related;

a. Human herpes virus type 2 (HSV2), because HSV2 antibody tests are positive in patients with invasive cervical cancer;

b. Human papillomavirus (HPV). HPV-specific antigen detection in various cervical cancer tissues indicates that the incidence of cervical cancer is related to HPV infection.

c. Human cytomegalovirus (CMV). It has been reported both at home and abroad that the serum CMV antibody titers of patients with atypical hyperplasia and precancerous lesions of the cervix are high; animal experiments have shown that CMV-DNA has the ability to transform into malignant tissue. Therefore, viral infection has become one of the important topics in the study of the causes of cervical cancer in recent years.

2. Number of sexual intercourses leading to childbirth

For example, having first sexual intercourse before the age of 16, having multiple sexual partners, having a young first child, multiple pregnancies or multiple births are all factors that lead to cervical cancer.

3. Other factors

Smoking, as a synergistic factor with other pathogens such as Chlamydia trachomatis, herpes simplex virus type II, Trichomonas and other pathogens, can increase the risk of disease. In addition, malnutrition and poor hygiene conditions can also increase the risk of disease.

At present, a large amount of data proves that women who get married too early, give birth too early, have too many miscarriages or have too many sexual partners are more likely to develop cervical cancer. Therefore, if you want to stay away from this disease, you must take care of your body, exercise more, stay up late less, keep yourself clean at ordinary times, and participate in more positive activities.
