3. Burning pain in the lower abdomen during menstruation, purple-red clots, heavy menstrual flow, fever during menstruation, dry mouth and thirst, constipation, dark red tongue with yellow greasy coating, and thin, smooth and rapid pulse. It is advisable to use Salvia miltiorrhiza, Red Caulis, Patrinia scabra, Calcined Oyster, Prunella Vulgaris, Angelica sinensis, Red Peony Root, Cyperus rotundus, Cyperus rotundus, Toosendan Fructus, Cortex Moutan, and Corydalis, add or subtract, and decoct in water. Astragalus, Codonopsis, Angelica, Red Peony Root, Salvia, Atractylodes, Cyperus, stir-fried Pollen, Dipsacus, Bupleurum, Cimicifuga, decoct in water and take orally. For blood deficiency, add Rehmannia, donkey-hide gelatin, and Lycium barbarum. For kidney deficiency, add Cuscuta, Morus alba, and Deer Horn Frost.
