Can cervical erosion be inherited?

Can cervical erosion be inherited?

Cervical erosion is not a genetic disease, but is caused by many other factors. Cervical erosion is one of the common gynecological diseases. More and more female friends have been attacked by this disease. When we suffer from this disease, we must go to the hospital for examination and treatment in time.

What causes cervical erosion?

1. Repeated abortion:

Multiple abortions, diagnostic curettage, cervical dilation and other gynecological surgeries caused by premarital sex may lead to cervical injury or inflammation, and ultimately cause cervical erosion.

2. Unclean sex life:

Is cervical erosion hereditary? Is it contagious? Unclean or rough sex can easily cause cervical lacerations, at which time bacteria can easily enter the cervical opening, causing moderate cervical erosion. Sometimes having sex too early can also easily lead to the onset of the disease.

3. Irregular menstruation:

Due to excessive menstrual flow and prolonged menstrual period, the squamous epithelium of the cervix is immersed in alkaline secretions and menstrual blood, and is stimulated for a long time to form inflammation; or due to congenital erosion, the estrogen level decreases, the cervix is congested, and the endocervical epithelium proliferates and moves downward, causing the cervix to become eroded.

The harm caused by diseases is very serious. We need to know more about diseases and avoid their harm.

1. Clinically, cervical erosion can be divided into three degrees: mild (i), moderate (ii), and severe (iii) according to the size of the eroded surface.

2. According to the manifestations of cervical erosion, cervical erosion can be divided into three types:

Papillary erosion: If the glandular epithelium and stroma proliferate significantly, the unevenness becomes more obvious, and it is papillary-shaped, which is papillary erosion.

Simple erosion: a type of cervical erosion, often seen in the early stages of inflammation. The eroded surface is covered by a single layer of columnar epithelium, and the epidermis is relatively flat and smooth.

Granular erosion: The inflammation continues, causing excessive proliferation of the cervical epithelium. The erosion surface is uneven and granular in appearance, which is granular erosion.

3. According to the cause, cervical erosion can be divided into two types: specific and non-specific.

Specific: refers to infection caused by bacteria. Neisseria gonorrhoeae and Chlamydia trachomatis are the most common pathogens of cervical infection.

Non-specific: Most cases are caused by an imbalance in estrogen secretion, such as many unmarried and childless people.

After reading the detailed introduction above, I believe everyone must have a detailed understanding of cervical erosion. I hope it will be helpful to everyone. We already know that cervical erosion is very harmful to us, so we must actively cooperate with the doctor's treatment to avoid it causing us greater harm.
