6. Do not eat contaminated food, such as contaminated water, crops, poultry, fish eggs, moldy food, etc. Eat some green organic food to prevent diseases from entering the body through the mouth.

7. Many unmarried women also have ovarian cysts, which are mostly related to irregular menstruation. Therefore, regulating menstruation is also very important.
