Treatment options for patients with chronic adnexitis

Chronic adnexitis has a long course and a long treatment time. Many patients with chronic adnexitis do not persist in treatment, which leads to repeated attacks. Chronic adnexitis is mostly caused by the patient's failure to receive timely and retrograde treatment during the acute phase or long-term treatment. In addition, it can also be caused by bacteria directly infecting the fallopian tubes or ovaries. Therefore, once adnexitis is found, it should be treated in time.

Patients with chronic adnexitis may experience varying degrees of abdominal pain, lower abdominal distension and pulling sensation, as well as increased leucorrhea, back pain, menstrual disorders, etc. Patients can adopt a comprehensive treatment method, namely supportive therapy, drug therapy and physical therapy, and these three methods are used simultaneously.

1. Supportive treatment : Supportive treatment refers to improving the patient's diet in daily life to increase nutrition. At the same time, physical exercise should be performed to strengthen the body and prevent the invasion of diseases.

2. Drug treatment: Drug treatment means taking oral, injected or intravenous drugs under the guidance of a doctor. You should persist in taking the drugs and should not stop taking the drugs if you feel your condition has improved, so as to avoid recurring the disease.

3. Physical therapy: Physical therapy refers to the use of lasers, microwaves, iontophoresis therapy, etc. Taking medications while performing physical therapy can promote local blood circulation in patients and achieve better therapeutic effects.
