Early manifestations of atrophic vulvar leukoplakia: Patients with early atrophic vulvar leukoplakia generally have no obvious symptoms. A few patients may experience mild itching and difficulty in sexual intercourse. Local symptoms: Mild atrophy of the vulva, the skin color of the lesion becomes lighter and whiter, and it also affects the labia minora, clitoris, clitoral frenulum and anus. 2. Mid-stage manifestations of atrophic vulvar leukoplakia: In patients with mid-stage atrophic vulvar leukoplakia, the skin at the lesion becomes whiter and more severe, the skin becomes dry, wrinkled, and inelastic, the labia minora becomes thinner, atrophied, and disappears, and the clitoris atrophies and becomes adherent. 3. In the late stage of atrophic vulvar leukoplakia, the patient's vulva is significantly atrophied. |
