Analyze some early symptoms of pelvic inflammatory disease

Pelvic inflammatory disease is a common gynecological disease. For patients, the first thing to do is to understand the early symptoms of pelvic inflammatory disease. What are the main manifestations of the early symptoms of pelvic inflammatory disease? Let’s take a look at the early symptoms of pelvic inflammatory disease.

Acute pelvic inflammatory disease. The early symptoms of pelvic inflammatory disease are: rapid onset, severe condition, lower abdominal pain, fever, chills, headache, and loss of appetite. During the examination, the patient was found to have an acute illness, high body temperature, fast heart rate, muscle tension, tenderness, and rebound pain in the lower abdomen. Pelvic examination: There is a large amount of purulent secretions in the vagina, obvious tenderness in the vault, tenderness and rebound pain in the uterus and bilateral adnexa, or thickening of one side of the adnexa. The symptoms of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease are: slow onset and long course. Systemic symptoms are mostly not obvious, and there may be low fever, easy fatigue, accompanied by lower abdominal pain and low back pain. During the examination, it was found that the uterus is often posterior, limited in movement, or adherent and fixed.

Acute and chronic pelvic inflammatory disease can be diagnosed based on medical history, early symptoms and signs of pelvic inflammatory disease. However, differential diagnosis must be done well. The main differential diagnosis of acute pelvic inflammatory disease includes: acute appendicitis, ectopic pregnancy, ovarian cyst pedicle torsion, etc.; the main differential diagnosis of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease includes: endometriosis and ovarian cancer.

Chronic pelvic inflammatory disease. Systemic symptoms include low fever and fatigue. Some patients may suffer from neurasthenia due to the long course of the disease, which are early symptoms of pelvic inflammatory disease, such as insomnia, lack of energy, and general discomfort. Lower abdominal distension, pain, and lumbar pain are often aggravated after fatigue, sexual intercourse, and before and after menstruation. Chronic inflammation can lead to pelvic congestion and menorrhagia. When ovarian function is damaged, menstrual disorders may occur. When the fallopian tubes are blocked by adhesions, infertility may occur.

The information introduced above is all about the early symptoms of pelvic inflammatory disease. I hope you can pay attention to the early symptoms of pelvic inflammatory disease. While we understand the early symptoms of pelvic inflammatory disease, we must also discover the existence of the disease and carry out early treatment. Here I wish you a speedy recovery.
