Regulating dysmenorrhea with herbal tea

Ginger and Jujube Tea

Angelica Tea

6g of Chinese Angelica and 2g of Chuanxiong, brewed with boiling water as tea. It can replenish blood and activate blood circulation, and is suitable for those with abdominal pain during menstruation, persistent pain, and weak constitution.

Flower Leaf Egg Flower Tea

The ingredients (for two people) are 2 eggs, some ginger juice, some fragrant flower leaves. Boil the fragrant flower leaves and ginger juice with water for a while, add the egg drop and it is ready to eat. It can promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis.

Motherwort Tea

30g each of Leonurus japonicus (wrapped and decocted) and brown sugar. Add water (300ml) and decoct on high heat for 10 minutes. Take in 2 doses, 1 dose per day.
