Cervical erosion is the most common local feature in the development of chronic cervicitis symptoms. There is a clear boundary between the eroded surface and the surrounding normal squamous epithelium. Because it is not true erosion, it is also called "pseudo-erosion". It is a symptom of chronic cervicitis that is relatively easy to distinguish. There are three types of cervicitis depending on the severity of the symptoms and the growth rate of the columnar epithelium. (A) Simple type: In the early stage of cervicitis, the erosion surface is covered by a single layer of columnar epithelium with a flat and smooth surface. (ii) Granular type: Due to excessive proliferation of cervical glandular epithelium and stroma, the erosion surface is uneven and granular. (III) Papillary type: The glandular epithelium and stroma proliferate significantly, and the surface unevenness is more obvious, forming papillary protrusions. Analyzing the symptoms of cervicitis is very helpful in discovering the cause of the disease and is the key to preventing the disease from worsening and treating it. There are many symptoms of cervicitis, which can be observed mainly from leucorrhea and menstruation. These are some knowledge that female friends should pay attention to. |
