The pain extends to the sacrum, back, and even to the thighs and feet, and lasts for 1/2 to 2 hours. About 50% of patients have systemic symptoms: breast pain, anal distension, chest tightness, irritability, sadness, insomnia, headache, dizziness, nausea and vomiting, stomach pain and diarrhea, fatigue, pale complexion, cold limbs, cold sweat, collapse and fainting, etc. After the onset of severe abdominal pain, it turns into moderate paroxysmal pain, which lasts about 12 to 24 hours.

The menstrual blood gradually disappears after the smooth flow of menstrual blood, and sometimes women need to stay in bed for 2 to 3 days. The high incidence, wide range, close cycle and great pain have seriously affected the work and study of the majority of women and reduced the quality of life. This is the symptom of dysmenorrhea.
