What are the symptoms and signs of kidney yang deficiency and blood deficiency?

Gynecological syndrome differentiation, especially the clinical diagnosis of functional uterine bleeding in TCM , should not only be based on the clinical manifestations of menstruation, uterine bleeding, pregnancy, and delivery, but also be combined with systemic symptoms to distinguish whether the disease is in the internal organs or in the qi and blood. Therefore, a comprehensive analysis must be conducted on the syndrome differentiation of dysfunctional uterine bleeding. It can be seen that the clinical symptoms and signs of patients with different types of functional uterine bleeding are particularly important. So, what are the symptoms of kidney yang deficiency?

Gynecological characteristics: heavy leucorrhea, diarrhea during menstruation, infertility, and thin and clear discharge.

Systemic symptoms: sore waist and weak legs, even pain in the waist as if it was broken, dizziness and tinnitus, chills and cold limbs, clear and long urination, frequent urination at night, decreased libido, mental depression, diarrhea and edema, pale tongue, thin white fur, and a deep and thin pulse or a deep, slow and weak pulse.

Symptom analysis: Kidney yang deficiency causes cold body, cold abdomen, and lack of energy. Kidney deficiency causes waist loss of nourishment, so the waist and legs are sore or painful as if broken. Kidney yang deficiency causes the bladder to lose its warmth, resulting in clear and long urine and frequent urination at night. Decreased libido, pale and moist tongue, slow pulse or weak pulse at both feet are also signs of kidney yang deficiency. Kidney yang deficiency cannot evaporate kidney yin to generate kidney qi, causing blood to be unstable and metrorrhagia; kidney yang deficiency cannot transform qi and move water, and water and moisture flow down to the belt meridian, resulting in a large amount of clear and thin vaginal discharge; overflowing the skin is pregnancy edema; stagnating in the intestines and stomach, resulting in menstrual diarrhea. Kidney deficiency causes Chong and Ren to be unstable, and the fetus is not attached, resulting in restless fetal movement. Kidney yang deficiency cannot warm the uterus, resulting in uterine cold and infertility.
