Foot massage for health care and treatment of amenorrhea

[Introduction] Any woman who is over 18 years old and still has no menstruation (except for dark periods); or has a menstrual cycle but has been interrupted for more than 3 months (except for pregnancy or lactation) can be called amenorrhea.
