About 85% of cases are anovulatory functional uterine bleeding.

④ Amenorrhea. It refers to the absence of menstruation or the cessation of menstrual cycle for more than 3 cycles after it has been established. The former is primary amenorrhea and the latter is secondary amenorrhea. This is also a symptom of irregular menstruation.
