6. Regulate emotions. During menstruation, menstrual blood is discharged, Yin blood is insufficient, and liver qi is excessive. At this time, emotions are prone to fluctuate. If you are worried, panic, sad, depressed, and angry, it can cause Qi and blood disorders and diseases such as early menstruation, menorrhagia, dysmenorrhea, and amenorrhea. 7. Avoid fatigue. Excessive fatigue, old Qi depletion, Qi deficiency and blood disorder are prone to menorrhagia, prolonged menstruation, and even metrorrhagia. It is not advisable to participate in strong physical labor and strenuous exercise during menstruation.

8. Keep clean. Do not take a bath or wash the vagina, and do not have sexual intercourse to avoid infection with damp-heat toxins, diseases and insect pests, damage to the Chong and Ren meridians, uterus, and gynecological diseases.
