Pelvic effusion is the presence of inflammatory exudate in the pelvic cavity, which can occur pathologically after pelvic inflammatory disease, adnexitis or endometriosis. Physiological pelvic effusion is not a bad thing for women, but pathological pelvic effusion is more harmful. Once a woman suffers from this type of effusion, she should go to the hospital for treatment in time.

Several forms of heat:

1. Direct hot compress usage: Direct hot compress using salt is called direct hot compress. Hot compress with medicine is called hot compress with medicine, also called advanced hot compress. There are two types of hot compress with medicine. One is to use it alone with hot compress medicine.

Another method is to use the medicine residue for internal use, sew a bag 25 cm long and 15 cm wide, put the medicine residue into the bag, put it into a steamer and steam it thoroughly, steam it in the steamer for 30-20 minutes, take it out, sprinkle a little rice wine on it. To prevent burns, put a towel on it, put the medicine bag on the towel, and put 4 pounds of hot sea salt on the bag.

When the temperature of the hot compress sea salt drops to 40%, heat it again. 1-2 times/day, 60 minutes/time, 15 days as a course of treatment. Put the medicine bag in the refrigerator after use on the day. In the "spring, autumn and winter" seasons: each dose of medicine is used for 5 days. In the summer, each dose of medicine is used for 2 to 3 days, and it is discontinued during menstruation.

2. Microwave heating: Each time you use it, check whether the microwave is clean. If the microwave is very dirty, you can wrap the salt bag in a plastic bag to avoid dirtying the bag. Sprinkle some water on the bag. Heat on medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes or high heat for 2 minutes in summer, medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes or high heat for 3 minutes in spring, autumn and winter. When the weather is cool, the heating time will be relatively longer by 1 minute. You can try it yourself because of different microwave models. When heating, you can heat on medium heat for 2 minutes. If it is not hot, extend the time appropriately and take it out. The temperature should be slightly hot to the touch. Wrap the sea salt bag with a towel and apply it to the affected area.
