Is intravenous drip effective for pelvic effusion? How to care for pelvic effusion?

Pelvic effusion is a very uncomfortable disease for women, mainly because there is no good treatment, and it is particularly easy to relapse. So, is intravenous drip effective for pelvic effusion? How to care for pelvic effusion?

Pelvic effusion is related to pelvic inflammation. Pelvic effusion is the presence of inflammatory exudate in the pelvic cavity. It can occur after the endometrium becomes inflamed. The slightly viscous fluid exudates from the swollen cells of the endometrial tissue and is gradually formed into a cystic mass when it is wrapped by the surrounding tissue.

A small amount of pelvic effusion may be absorbed by itself. If there are no symptoms, no special treatment is needed. If you need treatment and want to use intravenous drip, you can try intravenous drip of baclofenac and metronidazole. However, pelvic effusion is mainly considered to be a case of pelvic inflammation, and the effect of simple infusion is not very obvious.

Treatment of pelvic effusion usually involves the following:

1. General treatment: Relieve patients' mental concerns, enhance their confidence in treatment, increase nutrition, exercise, pay attention to the combination of work and rest, and improve the body's resistance.

2. Physical therapy: benign warm stimulation can promote local blood circulation in the pelvic cavity, improve the nutritional status of tissues, and increase metabolism, so as to facilitate the absorption and disappearance of inflammation.

3. Drug treatment: Use anti-inflammatory drugs or hormone drugs for symptomatic treatment.

4. Surgical treatment: Surgery is suitable for patients with lumps such as hydrosalpinx or tubo-ovarian cysts; laparoscopic exploration is also suitable for patients with small infection foci and repeated inflammation. The principle of surgery is to completely cure the disease and avoid residual lesions.

In addition, patients with pelvic effusion should pay attention to daily care. Pelvic inflammation can easily lead to fever, so pay attention to drinking more water to lower body temperature. The diet should be light. Eat more nutritious foods such as eggs, tofu, red beans, spinach, etc. Avoid eating raw, cold and irritating foods.
