Slim your lower abdomen to ensure that you don't make any NG moves

Office workers sit for long periods of time, and their belly cannot be reduced, and they cannot hide their big belly. What is even more annoying is that they may have constipation problems. If you want to fight the fat belly and have a flat belly, in addition to eating more vegetables and fruits and drinking more water to promote metabolism, yoga teachers recommend practicing abdominal rotation and waist twisting movements every day to exercise the abdominal muscles to help gastrointestinal peristalsis and metabolism. If you want to have a perfect abdominal line, you can do abdominal rotation and waist twisting more often to promote metabolism.

The first trick to lose belly fat: abdominal rotation

First, sit flat on the ground or on a chair, bend your legs, with your right foot in front and your left foot behind, with your heels facing your body. Lengthen your spine, put your hands on your knees, and then use your abdominal strength to slowly rotate your upper body in a clockwise direction at the frequency of your deep breaths. At the same time, you can feel the muscles behind your buttocks stretching. Do this 4 times.

After returning to the straight position, change sides and do it again, with the left foot in front and the right foot behind, with the heels of both feet facing the body. Follow the above method to rotate counterclockwise, and do it 4 times. Yoga teacher Tang Youxin mentioned that abdominal rotation can effectively stimulate gastrointestinal motility and also help relieve lower back pain, killing two birds with one stone.

Tip 2 for slimming your lower abdomen: Twist your waist

In addition, there is another movement that can also help peristalsis and promote metabolism. Return to a sitting position, first straighten your left foot forward, bend your right foot, and cross the sole of your foot to your left calf, stretch your spine, raise your left hand, sink your shoulders, and support your left elbow with your right knee. Use your waist to turn to the right, feeling like a screw, and maintain two deep breaths; after returning to the right position, change sides and do it again, straighten your right foot forward, bend your left foot, and turn to the left.

Don't make NG moves

Teacher Tang Youxin mentioned that you can also gently massage your abdomen in a clockwise direction half an hour after eating every day to aid digestion. When rotating your abdomen and twisting your waist, you often accidentally lift your buttocks when turning around, which makes it impossible to accurately stimulate the stomach and intestines. You must remember to lengthen your spine and sink your buttocks to perform the correct movements. When twisting your waist, remember to lengthen your spine, keep your waist elastic and strong, and don't let it go soft.
