2. Cysts with a diameter less than 5 cm may be non-neoplastic cysts. Most ovarian cysts can disappear on their own, but regular follow-up is required. If they increase, surgery should be performed immediately.

3. Ovarian cysts may recur after surgery. Remember to go to the hospital for regular checkups.

4. Avoid eating greasy food. Due to fat accumulation, wounds cannot heal quickly and resistance to bacteria will be weakened.

5. Increase protein intake after ovarian cyst surgery. Protein can help wounds heal quickly and increase physical strength. You can choose fish because fish is easier to digest and absorb than pride.

6. Eat an appropriate amount of vegetables and fruits. Vegetables and fruits are rich in minerals and vitamins, which can improve resistance and help wounds heal quickly.

7. Drink plenty of water after ovarian cyst surgery. As the saying goes, drinking plenty of water can cure all diseases.
