Symptoms that women often experience after menopause mainly include facial flushing, frequent sweating, and abnormal personality and behavior. These symptoms are particularly obvious when they are stimulated or under excessive psychological pressure. Symptoms may also include menstrual cycle disorders and irregular menstruation. It is necessary to go to a public hospital for further sex hormone tests, uterine and ovarian ultrasound examinations to confirm the diagnosis of the disease.

What to do after menopause

After menopause, women mainly look at the specific symptoms of menopause. If the perimenopausal symptoms are more severe, that is, the menopausal symptoms are obvious, if it is less than one year after the menopause, and there are no contraindications to medication, hormone replacement therapy can be used. For example, estrogen plus progesterone and other treatments, if there are no abnormalities, one year after menopause, then you just need to pay attention to your living conditions. Pay attention to a balanced diet, a regular life, reduce stress for yourself, and then have appropriate outdoor activities, and do regular physical examinations.
