Just 10 minutes a day! Try these 5 bodyweight exercises at home to keep fit without any fitness equipment

1. Mountain Climber

3. Push-up + Side Support

Do a standard push-up (if this is too difficult, you can use your knees as support), then stretch one hand up and turn your body to the side as you stand up. If you cannot support yourself when turning, you can spread your legs to increase your fulcrum.

4. Burpees

Support yourself with your hands, pull your feet inward, and then jump vertically. This movement can train muscles throughout the body.

5. Upper limb training

For this exercise, you can prepare two additional water bottles to increase the weight. Bend one leg, draw your navel in, and lean your shoulders back to maintain balance. Bend your hands, lift your shoulders, raise your hands and squeeze your back muscles, then push your hands up, pull them back, close them, and lower them.
