An Xinya's 15-minute running method:

15 to 20 minutes every day (if you are too busy, at least once every two days), the speed setting of the treadmill: above 10 for 10 consecutive minutes, then slowly increase it, for example: 10 speed for the first 10 minutes, 11 speed for the 11th minute, 12 speed for the 12th and 13th minutes, 13 speed for the 14th minute, adjust to 14 at the 15th minute... and so on..., but it mainly depends on the daily situation, but it is recommended to maintain above 10, make yourself breathless and sweat a lot, then you can stop stretching.
