1. High visceral fat

2. Loose and weak muscles

3. The appearance curve is not obvious

★【Zombie Girl Self-Test】:

1. Siblings cannot meet while sitting

2. Difficulty in executing the hip kick

3. The left hand cannot touch the right corner of the mouth

★【Self-diagnosis for men with weak muscles】:

1. Middle-aged and young people cannot stand up after squatting down, or the elderly cannot stand up after sitting down.

2. The number of push-up tests performed in 30 seconds is lower than the age control standard value

3. The number of times the horizontal bar is suspended is lower than the age control standard value

4. Instrument to test grip strength (the grip strength of men is less than 26 kg, and that of women is less than 18 kg)
