Coach Li Zheyu said that the core muscles of the abdomen will be used when running. Before running, you can do simple muscle strength training "Pre-run-Pendulum". Through this movement, you can train the abdominal muscles to help them become tighter. Combined with diet and regular aerobic exercise, running will naturally show beautiful vest lines!

[Before running - pendulum] exercise steps:

Step 1: Lie on your back, place your hands naturally and flat on both sides of your body, keep your feet close together, bend your knees, and lift them off the ground.

Step 2: Place your feet as flat on the floor as possible to the right. When you reach the limit, slowly lift your feet and switch sides.

Do 5 reps each time, 3 sets, and rest for 30 seconds.

【Tips for body shaping】:

The "Pre-Running-Pendulum" movement mainly trains our abdomen, which can tighten the abdominal muscles, especially focusing on the oblique abdominal muscles. During the movement, tighten your abdominal muscles, focus your attention on your abdomen, use the power of your abdomen to swing your legs to one side in a pendulum manner, keep your abdominal muscles tight throughout the movement, keep your torso stable, breathe normally and do not hold your breath to prevent compression of the lumbar spine.
