A simple core warm-up to run beautifully without shaking belly

Coach Li Zheyu said that the muscle endurance of the abdominal muscles and the correct running posture are important weapons that are indispensable for running. In the initial stage, we can first carry out light muscle strength training to increase muscle strength before starting running. The effect of body shaping exercise will be more effective, and running will feel particularly easy! This time we invited coach Li Zheyu and sports sweetheart Zhang Chushan to teach us how to do simple upper abdominal muscle strength training before running.

[Before running - upper abdominal training] Exercise steps:

Step 1: Bend your knees and place your feet directly underneath your knees.

Step 1

Step 2: Place your hands near your temples without holding your head and neck.

Step 2

Step 3: Contract your abdominal muscles and lift your upper body off the ground, then stay there for 5 seconds to allow your abdominal muscles to fully contract.

Step 3

Do 10 sets of 10 reps, resting for 15 seconds between each rep.

【Tips for body shaping】:

"Before running - upper abdominal training" This movement mainly trains our abdomen, that is, the upper abdominal muscles. During the movement, you must prevent excessive force on the shoulders and neck, and keep your body stable. Remember not to hold your breath, and maintain normal breathing and exhalation. The core muscles of the abdomen provide the body with stability, explosive power and muscle endurance. Strengthening the core muscles can make each step lighter when running.
