Eliminate leg fatigue! 4 Steps to Master Seated Forward Bend

Daily detox yoga uses short and simple movements to improve and strengthen everything from the cervical spine to the pelvis, from the digestive tract to the joints and muscles, stimulating these parts to regain a sense of stability. Through the perfect harmony of yin and yang, fatigue and toxins from daily life are completely eliminated.

Softens the pelvis and hip joints and relieves stiff muscles on the outer sides of the buttocks. In addition, it can promote blood circulation in the lower body and eliminate leg fatigue.

Action 1/ Sit on a chair with your waist straight, bend your right leg and place it on your left knee.

Point your right ankle to your knee.

Action 2/ Grab your knees and soles of your feet with both hands, inhale, and stretch your upper body.

Action 3/ Exhale, bend your upper body forward, place your hands on the ground, maintain this position for a short while and take a deep breath.

Action 4/ Inhale, slowly lift your upper body, exhale, and release the tension. Do the same on the other side.

Detox Yoga Tip

When you place your legs on your knees, if your ankles are placed on your thighs, it will be difficult to stimulate the buttocks muscles.

If you have trouble bending your upper body forward, use a yoga block to assist.
