5 actions to reduce edema! More beautiful calf lines

My feet are always swollen after work and I can’t wear my usual boots anymore… I believe that the hateful edema is bothering everyone today. Edema is caused by poor blood circulation due to maintaining the same posture, which leads to the accumulation of excess water in the feet.

Anyone may experience foot edema, but not many people seem to be able to fight it correctly. This time, as a personal fitness trainer, I will introduce you to stretching exercises that can improve the body's water circulation and are easy to do in the office.

1: Stretching exercises fight off edema!

When sitting on a chair, straighten your legs with your toes pointing upward and backward, then straighten your toes forward, holding each for 3 seconds and repeating the movement alternately.

2: Use acupressure to massage the ankles, inner knees and thighs

There are many lymph nodes where lymph vessels gather in the ankles, inner knees and thighs. Pressing these areas with fingers can help the lymph flow smoothly.

Cover your ankles with the inside of your palms, press the inside of your knees with your thumbs, and press the base of your thighs with the pads of your thumbs. To relax the muscles, do the acupressure while exhaling.

3: Put your feet together

Sit upright on a chair and wrap your right foot with your hands and bring it close to your right chest, hold for about 15 seconds. Then bring your right foot close to your left chest and hold for 15 seconds to stretch your hip muscles. After finishing, do the same with your left foot.

4: Tilt the hip joint sideways to stimulate it

Place your right ankle on your left thigh and stretch it to the side. Maintain this position and bend your body forward for 15 seconds. Do the same on the other side. This will stimulate the hip joint with just the right amount of force.

5. Stand on tiptoes to prevent edema

When standing up from a sitting position, start from your toes. At this time, you can evenly distribute your weight from your thumb to your little finger. To prevent shaking, please exert force on your abdomen, waist and buttocks.

If you do nothing, anyone will easily suffer from edema. It is best to stretch every 2 to 3 hours, and you can do it 2 to 3 times in the office. Start stretching now to create beautiful legs without any swelling.
