1. Maintaining a happy mood can keep you in good skin: I think a happy mood and grateful thoughts will be reflected from the inside out. If you are in a good mood, you will look good. These are all related to your mood.

2. Promote skin metabolism by drinking plenty of boiled water: Gisele Bundchen drinks a lot of water. She hasn't drunk a drop of soda for more than six years, no cola or carbonated drinks, and she loves drinking water very much, especially coconut water, which is the most delicious drink for her.

3. Maintaining her body curves through yoga: Gisele Bundchen exercises regularly to make her body slimmer. In fact, she has been practicing yoga for twelve years and meditates when she goes home.
