Slim Combat! More than 70% of office workers fail to lose weight

A survey on "Office Workers' Slimming Campaign" found that more than 90% of office workers are dissatisfied with their body shape, and more than 70% have failed in their weight loss attempts. More than half of the office workers admitted that gaining weight would affect their work performance, and that "food temptation" is the biggest enemy for office workers to maintain their figure and lose weight. According to the "Office Workers Slimming Campaign Survey" conducted by 360d Talent Bank, although 34% of office workers meet the weight standard, more than half of them believe that body deformation or weight gain will affect their work performance. As for the causes of obesity, the respondents believed that "eating out frequently" ranked first, followed by "sitting in the office for a long time and moving too little" and "high work pressure, which makes people want to eat."

In addition, 44% of the office workers interviewed felt that their current work environment "does not care about body shape", but 56% of the respondents said that the company does care, and 66% of the office workers believe that obesity will affect interpersonal relationships.

The survey also found that more than 70% of the interviewed office workers said that the results of their weight loss or body maintenance plans are often "failures", mainly because they "cannot resist the temptation of delicious food." In addition, 85% of the interviewed office workers have tried "blind" weight loss methods, among which the top three blind weight loss methods are: "applying slimming cream, wrapping with plastic wrap", "eating only a single food to lose weight", and "sleeping all the time without eating".
