Lose weight without losing breasts! Huang Huijuan, a Chinese medicine practitioner, reveals: Do one action after bathing and press nine acupuncture points to reduce weight and enlarge breasts

Many people find that their breasts become smaller during the weight loss process. This is because the body's blood circulation is not smooth during weight loss, which causes the meridians in the chest to be blocked and unable to function normally. However, Chinese medicine practitioner Huang Huijuan said that as long as you massage the stomach meridian related acupoints after taking a bath every day, you can promote gastrointestinal motility and metabolize fat. It can also dredge the chest meridians, get rid of excess fat and shape beautiful breasts, killing two birds with one stone.

Don’t lose weight too fast! The plump breasts are still there

Chinese medicine practitioner Huang Huijuan said that weight control can cause the breasts to become noticeably smaller, dehydrated and flat, which is mainly related to improper weight loss or a physical condition with imbalanced Qi and blood. It is recommended that weight loss should be gradual and not rapid. Appropriate Chinese medicine prescriptions can be used according to personal constitution to unblock Qi and blood throughout the body, metabolize excess fat and water in the body, and keep Qi and blood in the stomach meridian of the chest from stagnating, thereby achieving the effects of weight loss and breast enhancement.

Commonly used Chinese herbal medicines for weight loss include natural ephedra, which uses sweating to eliminate excess water. Using it in moderation has a good effect on eliminating upper body edema, suppressing appetite, and improving metabolism; Alisma orientalis and Plantago seed, which eliminate lower limb edema through a diuretic mechanism; rhubarb herbs that have a laxative effect, such as Cassia seed and Polygonum multiflorum; and expectorant herbs that can metabolize fat, such as tangerine peel and Citrus aurantium. The actual usage depends on personal constitution.

Weight loss + breast enhancement! Massage the stomach meridian points every day

Only when Qi and blood flow smoothly throughout the body can the parts that should be thin avoid being bloated and the parts that should be plump avoid shrinking. If you want to lose weight and maintain plump breasts at the same time, Chinese medicine practitioner Huang Huijuan said that you should massage the acupoints every day after taking a shower and before going to bed, when the body surface is slightly warm and the metabolism is best, especially the acupoints corresponding to the stomach meridian that passes through the chest, and the acupoints of the spleen meridian that are located on the surface and inside. Massage each acupoint 20 times can improve the efficiency of gastrointestinal metabolism, open up the Qi and blood circulation of the mammary gland, and lose weight while taking into account breast enhancement.

If you want to lose weight and maintain a plump chest at the same time, Chinese medicine practitioner Huang Huijuan said that you should massage the acupoints every day after taking a shower and before going to bed, when your body is slightly warm and your metabolism is at its best, especially the acupoints corresponding to the stomach meridian that passes through the chest.

9 acupuncture points for breast enhancement

1. Zusanli: Located on the outer side of the calf, in the depression 3 inches below the knee, this point belongs to the stomach meridian and has the effect of tonifying the middle and replenishing qi.

2. Fenglong Point: Located at the midpoint of the line connecting the outer knee pit and the outer ankle tip, two finger widths outward from the tibia. This is an acupuncture point on the stomach meridian. Massaging it can lift stomach qi upward, which is beneficial for eliminating edema in the lower body.

3. Yinlingquan: The spleen and stomach are exterior and interior to each other. This is an acupuncture point on the spleen meridian. It is located on the inner side of the calf, in the depression below and behind the medial condyle of the tibia. It can eliminate moisture, eliminate calf edema, and regulate menstruation.

4. Tianshu Point: It belongs to the stomach meridian acupuncture point, located 2 inches on the left and right of the navel. It has the functions of regulating large intestine function, clearing the intestines and relieving constipation, metabolizing fat, promoting gastrointestinal motility, maintaining qi and blood in the chest without stagnation, and achieving the effect of relieving stool and breast enhancement.

5. Qihai Point: It is an acupuncture point on the Ren meridian, located about 1.5 inches below the navel. It has the function of promoting metabolism and regulating deficiency syndromes.

7. Tanzhong point: located on the chest, at the midpoint of the line connecting the two nipples.

8. Ru Gen Point: Located on the front chest, just below the nipple, in the depression at the base of the breast, approximately between the 5th ribs.

9. Around the nipple: With the nipple as the center, massage the contour 2 inches up, down, left and right to unclog the breast glands.

Taking cold or hot water to enlarge your breasts? Repeated half-body bathing can promote metabolism

In addition to massage, many women will shower their chests with alternating hot and cold water, believing that this can unclog the mammary glands and keep the breasts firm. However, Chinese medicine practitioner Huang Huijuan believes that this massage method that uses temperature difference is stimulating. Although it can make people feel that the chest muscles have become firmer, it is not good for patients with heart disease.

The recommended way is to take a half-body bath. First, soak in warm water at about 38°C, with the water level not exceeding the waist. After 10 minutes, get up, wipe off the water and wait. After 10 minutes, soak in warm water again. Repeat 2 to 3 times. The temperature difference can increase metabolism and improve blood circulation. If you usually have cold hands and feet, you can add a thumb-length of ginger paste to warm water to improve metabolism. If you have obvious edema, you can add sea salt or bath salt to help drain water, but do not use table salt to avoid dehydration.
