How to deal with pelvic effusion after normal delivery

Many women will become particularly bad after pregnancy and childbirth. At this time, women's immunity is particularly poor, so they must do a good job of care in all aspects. Otherwise, they will suffer from various gynecological diseases such as pelvic inflammatory disease, vaginitis, etc. So how to deal with pelvic effusion after natural childbirth?

After giving birth and miscarriage, women's bodies suffer a lot of damage, so they are very weak, and their body resistance and immunity are relatively low. At this time, the female cervix is also in a state of expansion. If you do not pay attention to personal hygiene, the bacteria in the vagina and cervix may continue to increase, leading to female pelvic infection.

Women with pelvic effusion after natural childbirth should seek medical attention in time to prevent pelvic effusion from accumulating and then spreading inflammation, leading to more serious diseases.

After the occurrence of reproductive system diseases, most people will have different symptoms. Acute inflammation can cause diffuse peritonitis, sepsis and even septic shock; chronic pelvic inflammatory disease. Sometimes there will be low fever and fatigue. Some patients will have symptoms of neurasthenia due to the long course of the disease, such as insomnia, lack of energy, and general discomfort. Lower abdominal swelling, pain and lumbosacral pain usually worsen before and after fatigue, sexual intercourse and menstruation. Pelvic congestion and menorrhagia are caused by chronic inflammation. Menstrual disorders will occur when ovarian function is impaired, and infertility will occur when the fallopian tubes are blocked by adhesions.

Women should also prevent the abuse of antibiotics and anti-inflammatory drugs. Oral or injected antibiotics will inhibit vaginal lactobacilli, disrupt the natural ecological balance of the vagina, change the vaginal microenvironment, and allow pathogenic bacteria to multiply, eventually leading to local candidal vaginitis, followed by secretion of inflammatory fluid, leading to pelvic effusion.
