1. Pelvic effusion is caused by acute or chronic pelvic inflammatory disease and adnexitis, and is often accompanied by bilateral or unilateral lower abdominal pain, lumbosacral pain, low back pain, lower abdominal distension and pain, low back pain, increased leucorrhea, menstrual disorders, heavy menstrual blood, dysmenorrhea, and sexual discomfort. Severe pelvic inflammatory disease can cause fever, so pelvic effusion can cause fever. Patients feel very uncomfortable and should be treated actively until the effusion is absorbed and dissipated. Once pelvic effusion is found, go to a regular hospital for treatment.

2. Pelvic effusion is caused by the accumulation of inflammatory secretions of chronic pelvic inflammation in the uterine rectal crypts, which may sometimes cause low-grade fever and fatigue. The cause of pelvic effusion is mostly caused by inflammation, and the root cause of inflammation is mostly related to the patient's bad hygiene habits, such as having sex during menstruation or within one month after delivery, taking a bath within one month after gynecological surgery, etc. Medical-induced infection caused by improper disinfection of artificial abortion and induced labor can also cause pelvic effusion.

3. If there are chronic infection lesions, such as inflammation in the ovaries and fallopian tubes that causes pelvic effusion, it may also be caused by tuberculosis or tumors, and some are caused by ruptured ectopic pregnancy, corpus luteum rupture, pelvic abscess, chocolate cyst, and ovarian cancer. If not treated in time, it will affect work and the quality of life of the couple in mild cases, and cause infertility or even cancer in severe cases.
