How to treat chronic cervicitis

How to treat chronic cervicitis?

Cervicitis is very harmful. It is initially an inflammation. If it is delayed for a long time, it may eventually deteriorate into cervical cancer. Therefore, female friends must take timely prevention measures to nip cervicitis in the bud to avoid harming life. This is mainly because menstruation and sexual life cause more damage to the cervix than childbirth, abortion or surgery, and pathogens invade and cause infection. Chronic cervicitis has many manifestations. Such as cervical erosion, cervical hypertrophy, cervical polyps, cervical gland cysts, endocervicitis, etc.

1. Drug treatment: If the patient's inflammation is mild and the erosion surface is relatively small, drug treatment can be used. There are many Chinese medicines that are very effective in treating chronic cervicitis. Patients can also take interferon for treatment.

2. Physical therapy: Patients with severe cervicitis should use physical therapy. Such as cryotherapy, laser therapy, etc., can treat chronic cervicitis. However, when using physical therapy, there are still many things to pay attention to, such as maintaining hygiene, not living in the same room, but also frequently checking the treatment effect.

3. Surgical treatment: If the patient's condition is serious or the above two treatment methods are ineffective, surgical treatment is the only option.

The above three methods are the most commonly used methods for treating chronic cervicitis. As for which method to use, it depends on the patient's condition. Generally speaking, chronic cervicitis is not difficult to treat.
