What are the prescriptions for Chinese medicine to treat uterine fibroids?

Prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of uterine fibroids:

Prescription 1: 15 grams each of Poria cocos, Prunella vulgaris, seaweed, kelp, and fennel, 12 grams of Salvia miltiorrhiza, 6 grams of safflower, 20 grams of raw oyster, 10 grams each of dried ginger, processed frankincense, processed myrrh, angelica, Trillium, Curcuma, cinnamon twig, and processed pangolin.

Usage: Decoction in water and take in 3 doses, 1 dose per day.

Indications: Warming the meridians and dispelling cold, removing blood stasis and dispersing stagnation. Used to treat uterine fibroids, which belong to the cold stagnation and blood stasis type in TCM. Symptoms include cold pain in the lower abdomen, which is aggravated by cold and relieved by warmth. There is continuous dripping in the late menstruation period, with a small amount of blood clots, a large amount of white and thin vaginal discharge, a pale tongue, white fur, and a weak and thready pulse.

Prescription 2: 12 grams of Salvia miltiorrhiza, 6 grams of safflower, 15 grams each of Poria cocos, Prunella vulgaris, seaweed, and kelp, 10 grams each of Trillium, Corydalis yanhusuo, Bupleurum, Angelica sinensis, Curcuma zedoaria, cinnamon twig, processed pangolin, processed frankincense, processed myrrh, and 20 grams of raw oyster.

Usage: Decoction in water and take in 3 doses, 1 dose per day.

Indications: Regulating Qi and activating blood circulation, removing blood stasis and dispersing stagnation. Used to treat uterine fibroids, which belong to the Qi stagnation and blood stasis type in TCM. Symptoms include a mass in the lower abdomen, which is not fixed and can be moved by pushing, abdominal distension and pain or stabbing pain, menstrual cycle disorder, heavy menstrual flow with blood clots, breast distension and pain or continuous leakage during menstruation, dark complexion, purple tongue, blood clots or spots, and stringy and astringent pulse.
