Symptoms include a mass in the lower abdomen, which is not fixed and can be moved by pushing, abdominal distension and pain or stabbing pain, menstrual cycle disorder, heavy menstrual flow with blood clots, breast distension and pain or continuous leakage during menstruation, dark complexion, purple tongue, blood clots or spots, and stringy and astringent pulse. |
