How to treat pelvic effusion with infusion

Many people want to have a drip as soon as they arrive at the hospital, which is called infusion in medicine. Why do many people think of infusion as soon as they arrive at the hospital? This is because infusion is more effective than other treatments. What about pelvic effusion? What other treatments are there?

Clinically, most women's pelvic effusion is caused by inflammation, and there is inflammatory exudate in the pelvic cavity. If it is not treated, it can grow slowly. If it is too large, it is not easy to eliminate it with drugs, and surgical treatment is required. Pathological gynecological pelvic effusion is mostly caused by pelvic inflammatory disease, adnexitis or endometriosis.

If there is a chronic infection, it may be caused by pelvic effusion caused by ovarian, fallopian tube pelvic inflammation and other gynecological systems, or it may be caused by tuberculosis or tumors. In a few cases, it is caused by ruptured ectopic pregnancy, corpus luteum rupture, pelvic abscess, chocolate cyst, ovarian cancer. In a few cases, pelvic effusion is caused by tuberculosis.

If the infusion can cure pelvic effusion, penicillin and metronidazole intravenous drip can be selected. One course of treatment is 7 days, and the treatment is usually continued when the menstruation comes next month. After the symptoms disappear, Chinese patent medicine can be used for treatment.

However, women should avoid abusing antibiotics and anti-inflammatory drugs. Oral or injected antibiotics can inhibit vaginal lactobacilli, disrupt the natural ecological balance of the vagina, change the vaginal microenvironment, and allow pathogenic bacteria to multiply, eventually leading to local candidal vaginitis, followed by secretion of inflammatory fluid, leading to pelvic effusion.
